At the starting point, the first transmitter gave an excellent signal, all the teams moved to a park near the starting point, but Sebastien VA2FUR had prepared us a small surprise. There were a huge 20 feet pipe with a 4 elements Yagi.  The transmitter was close to the pipe on the ground.  Every one rush to get is position paper and continue hunting for the second radio.  But surprised... the second transmitter nicely invited us to returned to the first radio.  All the teams had fallen into a trap, it was a false transmitter. The only team who found the real transmitter was Roch VE2DU and Leo VE2LJL, the reason, they entered the park by the wrong entry and never saw the beam...
For the second transmitter, it was almost impossible to hear.  It was necessary to get to higher point so we could hear a small tonality.  Several teams went at a much higher location to receive a good signal. The second transmitter was located close to the Lafontaine Tunnel where Rene VA2RDB waited with his camera.
