The Hunt was organized in a sector of île Notre-Dame, near the house of Canada, the Doré beach and the Casino of Montreal.  This sector of the island is also used each year for the  motor race Grand Prix de Montréal.  The departure was made in the parking of the house of Canada and no TX was located at more than 300 meters from that point.

The TX 1 was located near a concrete bunker.
TX 2 located close to a wall of stone near a basin.
TX 4 was under a inverted canoe, near the swimmer's country cottage.
TX 5 behind bushes along a channel and less than 100 meters from the starting point.
TX 3, to make the activity more than 30 minutes, this TX was located in a fence of piled up tires, at the bottom of a pile.

To use a little more the talents of the hunters, there were a fence which overhung all the tires and another on the other side of the race track.

Hunters looking for TX 3

We can see fences on both sides of the course and on top you have another steel structure.  Nothing to help out the hunters.
